Nashua PAL is known as one of the premier youth cross-country program in New England. Over the years the Nashua PAL GCS program has produced a number of USATF Junior Olympic National Championship teams and numerous All-Americans in various age groups for boys and girls. The Nashua PAL GCS program will be open to all youth runners from any and all communities across New Hampshire and surrounding Massachusetts communities this year. The Nashua PAL GCS program has had a long tradition of success and is excited to continue that success into the 2016 season and to maintain its tradition for having a professional, established and fun youth program.

Are you between the ages of 7 and 18?
The Nashua Police Athletic League (PAL), the organization that brings you the Nashua Elementary School City Championships and the Gate City Striders (GCS), the Nashua running club that brings you Fitness University, who’s combined programs played host to over 1,700 young runners this past year have collaborated to form a single youth running club, the “Nashua PAL Striders” and we invite YOU to register for our Jr. Olympic 2016 cross country teams.
